BIOGRAPHY
Marco Foltran, born in the 1978 in Italy, has spent his last ten years in Asia and recently moved to New York.
His work is mix media of sound design, art installation, happening and
digital work.
He is the creator of Metaillusion, which conceived back in 2002 as a vertical journey between art and senses, and first showcased at the Triad Media Gallery in South Korea in 2004; the concept then was featured at the Venice Biennale in 2012.
Since 2011, BMW has sponsored 4 Metallusion events, which won 8 awards at the Best Event Awards in 2012.
In the same year, Dom Pérignon teamed up with Marco Foltran to present a project specialized in underwater creatures.
Most of his works involve food, pushing the boundaries of consciousness of who we are and what we eat.
